Damaged or Lost Items
If you received an item that is damaged or your item was lost in transit, we will happily replace the items for you at no additional cost. Please contact us using the contact page within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. We will get back to you as soon as possible and will request you send in proof of damaged or lost items.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Roar212 will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
